AOC Côtes d’Auvergne

Les Palles

100% Chardonnay

Volcanic territory

Aged in Tronçais oak barrels for fourteen months.

The subtle elegance of the aroma intertwines the characteristics of the grape with the masterful reading of the volcanic territory.

Yellow apple, exotic fruit with memories of mandarin. Hints of melon, sensations of white flowers and potpourri.

A pseudo-caloric harmonious sensation envelops us thanks to a constant citrus fragrance mixed with a territorial note of volcano and flint. A delicate wine, accompanied by a long, lingering flavor.
