Domaine Digioia-Royer

is a small domaine established in 1930.

Michel Digioia has been running the business since 1999. 

The domaine is located in Chambolle - Musigny in Burgundy, a land, par excellence, elegant anf full of charm.

  • Pinot noir: a reader of the terroir with a crispy light body, it is characterized by an aroma of red fruits, hints of underbrush with delicate typical vegetal and animal notes. A wine able to create great emotions.
  • Chardonnay: is characterized by elegance, finesse, and cleanliness.
  • Aligotè: is characterized by freshness.

Refined and delicate. Clear  and  from a well defined identity, it is a wine that you will remember. On the nose an aroma of the full fruit. Red currant, blackberry, sour cherry with slight typical vegetal scents and light hints of underbush and dew. Mineral. Hints of animals such as fox and birds. And also smell of twigs and leaves. White tea. Aroma of Guatemala coffee and marine note. Perfect harmony between flavour and taste.

 

It goes well with foie gras poulè.
