Green Heart Distillery

is a company established  in 2022.

Nestled among the woods of Manciano, in that small hamlet of the municipality of Trevi in Umbria, from time immemorial the central point of the excellent expression of the precious black truffle, juniper and oil, this young distillery aims to combine the various characteristics of excellence of the Umbrian territory  with the need for flavors and aromas which flow into a unique black truffle liqueur, a bitter of native herbs. And...stay tuned!

Target:

The main concern of the distillery is to promote the flavours, the aromas and the evocations of the Trevi territory.

Area:

Manciano in the province of Trevi; Umbrian Valley; Olive Path; San Francesco Way; Natural Park of the Sibillini Mountains. Among the Serrano-Brunette Mountains you can find the world’s most famous junipers and enviable olive trees.

No added sugar and no artificial flavouring  

Annual production: 270/500 bottles, depending on the truffles.

The color is brown and the combination of scents, ranging from black truffle to earthy notes, is harmonious. And your mind ideally identifies itself in the journey of the quarryman Bruno and the Distillery Master. The way continues with cocoa beans, dried fruit and rhubarb. Top and heart notes for a journey, really unique.
Service temperature: serve at room temperature or with ice cubes
Recommended storage temperature: 16 degrees

Amaro Ardelio - Bucolico Umbro


Selection of native flowers and herbs
No artificial flavouring or colouring

Amber. Exciting and balsamic scents. Perceivable are helycrisum and nettle, thyme and wild fennel. Always present juniper and olive leaves.

Service temperature: serve at room temperature or with ice cubes

Recommended storage temperature: 16 degrees

Possible experiments: Mixology or in the kitchen
